Refreshing Facial Toner

This product consists of only two ingredients: jojoba oil and witch hazel. It is a toner and cleanser in one. It can be used before you put on a moisturizer in the morning after you wash your face and at night before going to bed! Cool and refreshing! You can add any uplifting, soothing essential oil to this blend such as rose otto, chamomile, or lavender.
