Neroli

This oil is extracted through the steam distillation of the flowers of Neroli whose botanical name is Citrus Aurantium. Neroli is not only world renown as a lovely perfume, but also has a variety of health benefits. It is an anti-depressant, anti-septic, deodorant, sedative tonic and sedative...just to name a few. It is a citrus oil and so like many other citrus oils, neroli is uplifting and energizing, not a good idea to use it just before bed or if you have trouble sleeping. Neroli blends very well with other citrus oils as well as geranium, rose, jasmine, ylang ylang, rosemary and sandalwood.
