Generally, orders will take between 1 and 2 days to fill, depending on the size of the order. If you are in Canada, you should receive your items within 7 days. If you are in the United States, expected time of your order will take anywhere between two and three weeks unless you have specifically requested express delivery.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: If goods are damaged during transport and there are visible signs that the shipping box has been damaged due to product leakage, or if it seems as if the box has been tampered with, then it is your responsibility to refuse the package, and insist that the package be returned. If, upon accepting a package, and opening it, you find damage to the contents, please contact us immediately. DO NOT DISCARD the box or the contents as we will need to see products in order to file a claim through the courier's insurance company.
